[The NewsHouse]: Salt City Market vendors feeling optimistic after first month

Syracuse is one of the poorest cities in Central New York, but a new shiny place debut in January 2021. This multicultural food hall, which will include more events later on, includes cuisines from Vietnam and Burma to Jamaica. After a month of business, I talked to the vendors and management there to find out how they feel.

Over the past month since the grand opening, the vendors and management of the market have been constantly diversifying, and the large turnout stimulates them to keep providing high quality food and services.
